2026 Totalsports Two Oceans Marathon (TTOM)

Another successful TTOM 21.1km & 56km. Overall results: 1 X 56km blue number, 2 X ladies in 21.1km, 12th & 25th, 2 X silvers in the 21.1km, 4 X Sainsburys, 5 X bronze and 1 X blue in the 56km. Well done team!

Congrats to Sally Bevington for completing her 10th TTOM and receiving her blue number!

Acacia( Cas) Abell placed 2nd junior at the Two Oceans 21.km, finishing in 1:37:23!

Shanice Peens placed 12th overall female at the Two Oceans 21.1km competing with the best 21.1km female runners in the country, finishing in 85:23!

Rachel Woodburn smashed her Two Oceans 21.km pb, placing 27th overall female and finishing in 1:30:39, as well as achieving her silver medal!

2025 Comrades Marathon

2025 Totalsports Two Oceans Marathon (TTOM)

Brad Diamond completed his first TTOM 56km finishing in 6:24! Well done Brad!

An up and coming superstar, Rachel Woodburn, smashed her 21.1km PB placing 37th female, finishing in 1:30:33! That was an excellent run, well done Rachel!

Shanice Peens placed 18th overall female and smashed her 21.1km PB, finishing in 84:48. This is not the time we planned, but you still ran an excellent race. We will be back in 2026, faster and stronger!

Stefan Trouw finished his first TTOM 56km in 6:57:30. Well done Stefan!

Another young up & coming superstar, Estee Kotze, smashed her first TTOM 56km finishing in 4:50, and securing a converted Sainsbury medal. This is a phenomenon effort, despite Estee being sick and was under instructions to take it easy and if feeling unwell, to pull out of the race.

Simon Levin smashed his TTOM 56km PB by 43 minutes, finishing in 5:37! Great run Simon and keep working!

Yonica Pienaar-Meiring smashed her TTOM 56km PB by 12 minutes finishing in 5:27! That was a great run Yonica!

Dario Matteucci smashed his first TTOM 56km getting his silver, finishing in 3:59:23. That is a massive achievement, well done Dario!

A massive thank you to all our phenomenal supporters on Saturday for the 56km, you guys and gals definitely made a difference!

Chelsea Muller smashed her TTOM 56km PB by 29 minutes, finishing in 5:24! The goal was a Sainsbury - we will be back to collect that Sainsbury!

Celine Van Enter smashed her TTOM 56km PB by 15 minutes, finishing in 5:32! That was an excellent run Celine, well done!

Stevin Du Plessis finished his first TTOM 21.1km in 2:22:28. Well done Stevin!

Clayton Sumner achieved his Sainsbury medal run at the TTOM 56km finishing in 4:44:10. Well done Clay and we keep working!

Helga Lucas finished her first TTOM 21.1km in 2:57:00. Well done Helga!

2024 Comrades Marathon

We always brag about all those great runs and pbs. However, this one is of resilience and grit. Well done to Mxolisi Makaleng for hanging in and finishing his 3rd Comrades Marathon, finishing in 8:47:35. This was definitely not the time we had in mind, and this is almost 2 hours slower than our goal. Mxolisi, you showed proper grit out there and you should be proud of yourself. We will be back with a bang in 2025!

Henri Zermatten for completing his first Comrades Marathon, finishing in 11:51:04. That was a brilliant run, Henri, and I am super proud of you.

Tiaan Smit completed his first Comrades Marathon, finishing in 11:44:31. Goal achieved!

The cow girl - Julie Hughes smashed her first Comrades Marathon up run, as well as her all time Comrades Marathon pb by 16 minutes, and achieved her Robert Mtshali medal, finishing in 9:58:01. Excellent run Julie.

She is definitely too fast, and that's why we only have this photo. Chelsea Muller smashed her up run pb by 76 minutes and all time Comrades pb by 4 seconds, finishing in 9:43:59. That was a superb run Chels, and well deserved.

Warren Graver smashed his first Comrades Marathon and narrowly missing his Bill Rowan, finishing in 9:05:26. That was a superb run, Warren. Well done. Also, a big shout out to his wife, Candice, for supporting him!

Sergio Murray completed his first Comrades Marathon and picked up a bronze medal, finishing in 10:36:37. That was an excellent run, Sergio.

A super proud coach! Natalie Botha smashed her first Comrades Marathon with a bronze medal in the bag, finishing in 10:56:26. Excellent run Nats, and all your dedication and hard work have paid off.

Dillon Haverly smashed his Comrades up run pb 2 hours, finishing in 8:45:36! Excellent run, Dil!

Richard De Klerk smashed his Comrades up run pb by 26 minutes yesterday, finishing in 8:24:54. Excellent run Richard, considering you have just recovered from a serious bout of flu.

Thembelihle Mokwena achieved her green number and ran her up run pb at Comrades 2024. Excellent effort, Thembi, and now it's time to recover and have a well-deserved rest.

Super proud Coach! Clayton Sumner smashed his Comrades up run pb by 87 minutes and all time Comrades pb by 37 minutes, finishing in 7:59:47! Well done, Clay and all that hard work and sacrifices has paid off!

2024 Totalsports Two Oceans Marathon (TTOM)

This is to my most loyal supporter, and she always supports me in my coaching endeavors. Sally finished her 8th TTOM 56km (5:49:42), and she is one of the most consistent runners I know with bronze no8 in the bag. Now we need to come back and get that blue number!

Dwayne Nzimande smashed his TTOM 21.1km pb, finishing in 1:28:01.

Our "international athletes" and soon to be married athletes, Rogan & Micaela smashed their first TTOM 56km, finishing in 5:46 & 6:34 respectively.

Andre Greyling smashed his TTOM 56km pb by 29 minutes, finishing in 5:18.

Simon Levin (top right) and Christooff Vermeulen (top left) smashed their TTOM 56km pb by 27 & 44 minutes, respectively. Simon, finishing in 6:20 & Christoff in 5:28. Well done to our novice, Ross Phillips (bottom right), finishing in 5:45 and Roxanne Harley, (bottom left) also smashing her pb by 27 minutes, finishing in 6:09!

Celine Van Enter just missed her TTOM 56km pb by 1min and a massive well done to Andre Venter for smashing TTOM 56km pb by 16 minutes, both finishing in 5:47 & 4:52 respectively.

Candice Delacovia-Graver smashed her first TTOM 21.1km and smashed her all time 21.1km pb by 17 minutes, finishing in 2:10:07.

Yonica (right) & her sister Marizanne (left) smashed the TTOM 56km. This was Yonica's first 56km, and she smashed it, finishing in 5:38:59! Marizanne smashed her 56km pb by 72 minutes, finishing with her sister in 5:38:59.

Warren Graver smashed his first TTOM 56km, finishing in 4:53:44 and collecting his Sainsbury medal.

Tshepo Mashiloane placed 42nd overall at the TTOM 21.1km, finishing in 80:04.

My up & coming young superstars, Tristan Torr (left) & Estee Kotze (bottom right), smashed their first TTOM 21.1km, placing 32nd & 54th overall female, finishing in 92:35 & 95:32 respectively.

2023 Comrades Marathon

Andrew Lucas finished the Comrades Marathon 2023 down in 8:44:51, his first Bill Rowan and smashing his pb by 26 minutes.

Julie Hughes finished the Comrades Marathon 2023 down run in 10:14:01, smashing her pb by 41 minutes.

Henri showed us the spirit of the Comrades by finishing the 87.7 km distance in just over 12 hours. Henri may not have an official finish medal, but in my eyes, you have conquered the Comrades Marathon.

Kirsten Morrison finished the Comrades Marathon 2023 down run in 10:40:35, smashing her pb by 26 minutes.

Richard de Klerk finished the Comrades Marathon 2023 down run in 8:38:05.

Jo-Anne Buchner completed the Comrades Marathon 2023 down run in 8:55:41, getting her first Bill Rowan medal and smashing her pb by 11 minutes.

Clayton Sumner finished the Comrades Marathon 2023 down run in 8:36:38, smashing his pb by 16 minutes.

Thembelihle Mokwena finished the Comrades Marathon 2023 down in 10:53:21.

Janna Jenkins finished the Comrades Marathon 2023 down run in 10:23:06, smashing her pb by 81 minutes.

Dillon Haverly finished the Comrades Marathon 2023 down run in 8:38:36, his first Bill Rowan and smashing his pb by 76 minutes.

Mxolisi Makaleng finished the Comrades Marathon 2023 down run in 7:23:10 and achieving his first silver medal and smashing his pb by 69 minutes.

Anneke Smit finished the Comrades Marathon 2023 down run in 11:30;18.

Chelsea Muller smashed the Comrades Marathon 2023, finishing in 9:44:04, with a massive 71-minute pb.

Celine Van Enter finished the Comrades Marathon 2023 down run in 9:24:43, smashing her pb by 31 minutes.

Frank Lephoto finished the Comrades Marathon 2023 down run in 9:30:21, his first Robert Mtshali medal, and smashing his pb by 51 minutes.
