This is to my most loyal supporter, and she always supports me in my coaching endeavors. Sally finished her 8th TTOM 56km (5:49:42), and she is one of the most consistent runners I know with bronze no8 in the bag. Now we need to come back and get that blue number!

Celine Van Enter just missed her TTOM 56km pb by 1min and a massive well done to Andre Venter for smashing TTOM 56km pb by 16 minutes, both finishing in 5:47 & 4:52 respectively.
Candice Delacovia-Graver smashed her first TTOM 21.1km and smashed her all time 21.1km pb by 17 minutes, finishing in 2:10:07.
Yonica (right) & her sister Marizanne (left) smashed the TTOM 56km. This was Yonica's first 56km, and she smashed it, finishing in 5:38:59! Marizanne smashed her 56km pb by 72 minutes, finishing with her sister in 5:38:59.
Warren Graver smashed his first TTOM 56km, finishing in 4:53:44 and collecting his Sainsbury medal.
Tshepo Mashiloane placed 42nd overall at the TTOM 21.1km, finishing in 80:04.
