How does my coaching work?
It doesn’t matter if you are in contention to win races or a weekend warrior who wants to run your personal best, all our athletes get the highest quality, one-on-one coaching that money can buy.
We start all new coaching sessions with a personal training review. We look at your running history, pass injuries and the goals you would like to achieve and how much time you have to train. I plan around your schedule.
Individual Training Program
Your training program is created specifically for you, taking into account your athletic ability, goals and schedule. Not the other way around.
Ongoing Feedback & Adjustment
A weekly update ensures that your training stays on track. Constant feedback allows Coach Marco to make any changes to your program to ensure your ongoing success.
Ongoing Support
Ongoing Whatsapp contact and training peaks contact guarantees that I can change the program if “life happens”.
